ESTIMATE WORKSHEET

Before You Approve a Plumbing Estimate

Compare up to three written estimates side by side so you know what each one includes. This worksheet does not judge prices; it helps you ask the same questions of every provider.

Questions to ask every provider

  • Is your license active with the TSBPE, and who is the responsible master plumber?
  • Is this estimate written, and how long is it valid?
  • If you find something else once the work starts, how will you tell me and get my approval?
  • What does the warranty require from me?
